Best Eye Cream I’ve Found:  Elite Serum

Elite Serum was the reason I started this little blog in the first place.  If you read my story, you will understand the frustration I was going through as a 30 year old mother with a terrible dark circle problem.   Lucky for me, earlier this year I read some eye cream reviews from authority websites, like EyeCream.com, and realized that I was buying all of the wrong types of eye creams.

With any eye cream, I have found that it is important that it absorbs into the skin fast.  Especially for us women, it is important that we do not have to wait up to fifteen minutes to let the eye cream absorb into the skin so we can then apply our makeup.  Elite Serum absorbed fast, and within minutes I was ready for makeup.  The nice thing about this eye cream is that you truly only need a small fingertip applied under each eye.   The airless pump allows easy application without wasting any of the cream upon using it.   Your mileage may vary but my experience showed that only a tiny amount was necessary under each eye.

My biggest success with this eye cream was noticing how it worked to smooth out the skin under my eyes and provide a more youthful glow to the skin.   Dark circles under the eyes are (in my opinion at least) the hardest aging symptom to treat.  After three weeks of consistent application, the dark circles were drastically reduced and after two months, they were completely gone.   Since dark circles gradually appeared under my eyes, and are the result of years of abuse from the sun and other elements, it makes sense that they cannot vanish overnight.  Contrary to how some other eye creams are marketed, it’s refreshing to see a good result from an eye cream that doesn’t make bogus claims it can’t back up.  Patience if virtue, like they say!

Elite Serum was the answer to my eye bags and eye wrinkles.  I’m so happy I tried it, and I haven’t looked back since.

Best Eye Cream News Ever!!!

Elite Serum now part of an anti aging system!

I put up this best eye cream blog for a reason:  to document my experiences with eye creams.  Well, after many trials and errors with a few of the top-rated eye creams, I found an article on a popular eye cream portal about Elite Serum.  Since then, it’d been a staple in my anti aging regimen and it’s a product I use daily.  (Actually, twice daily)

Well, it had been a while since I last ordered Elite Serum, and I was about to order another four pack to get me by the next six months or so.  I always find this eye serum to last longer than the advertised 30 day window, perhaps because it’s very liquidy and it only really needs a tiny amount to have therapeutic effects.

As I signed onto the Internet to make an order, I had an email show up in my account from Scientific Skin Care.  Apparently, that’s the parent company of EliteSkin.  This email contained a title of “$20 discount on EliteSkin products,” so it perked my interest.

Upon opening the email, I noticed that EliteSkin was not only sending me a discount of $20, but it had also launched 3 new anti aging products.  One product combines the three most practical anti aging creams into one system.  Aptly called the “Age Defying System,” this product is made up of the Elite Serum, the Elite Wrinkle Eraser, (an anti wrinkle cream for expression lines and forehead wrinkles), and the V-Covery Cream.  The latter is a cream that is applied to the decollete area, which essentially firms neck wrinkles and works to tighten the skin around the neck and upper chest region, also called the decollete.

I figured for only a few dollars more then the Elite Serum, I’d grab one of these systems and see what the other two creams can do for my wrinkles.  I’ll plan on reporting back with an entire Age Defying System review as soon as I get this treatment underway.  Stay tuned!

Dark Circle Serum for treating dark under eye circles.

First off, this eye serum is unlike others as it comes with a medicinal dropper for precise application of the serum.  All you need is one tiny squeeze on the fingertip and your ready to whip dark circles and puffiness.  It’s been two weeks since I started using this consistently, and let me tell you, my dark circles are drastically reduced and my eye bags are GONE.  This is perfect for me because I still like to get out and enjoy the night life in South Florida, yet I can’t afford to look like I’m exhausted in the morning.  So, a little dab of this serum and I’m all set.  I’ve been getting compliments around town at how fresh I look in the mornings – something I like to hear!  Another local Mother asked me if I got a chemical peel as my sun damage has been reduced and I don’t struggle wish rosacea like I once did.  I sort of chuckled when I heard that and then I let the secret out of the bag.  I think I started a cultish following because some of the other Moms on my boys soccer team have started to use this eye serum after my recommendation!

I like the way this has been performing for me, and would suggest that anyone who struggles with dark circles or puffiness gives this eye serum a shot.  While I use other products around my eyes to treat fine lines and the such, this one is basically for puffiness and dark circles only.  My entire extended family has started using this product, and my Mother even uses the Wrinkle System anti wrinkle cream in tandem with it, something she has been happy with.  It’s not often that an anti aging cream actually lives up to it’s expectations, but in the case of this Wrinkle System product, I’ve been quite happy with the results.

I was reading some of the other big eye cream portals and I noticed I’m a little behind the eight ball on a new product that came out recently.  So, I placed an order for the Dark Circle Serum by Wrinkle System.  I should have the product within 3-5 business days, according to the makers, and I will post a full eye cream review once I start using the product.  I’m anxious to see what happens to my dark circles, because I read that this eye cream was used by a makeup artist who caters to celebrities named Danica Jardien.  There are also a number of clinical studies references on the WrinkleSystem website, so I’m hoping that I see similar results.

Here are my thoughts on this wrinkle-treating system of products made by EliteSkin.

Elite Serum: this is the best eye cream as far as getting rid of eye wrinkles and making bags go away.  I have yet to find a more silky smooth serum that has the potency of this eye cream.  My results are pretty much documented in my prior updates to this website.

Elite Wrinkle Eraser: I’ve found this to be a great concealer of wrinkles.  I used this mostly on my forehead wrinkles as well as my wrinkles that take shape around my frown lines.  While they aren’t “gone” they are greatly reduced in appearance. I’m happy with the progress of this wrinkle cream, and like Elite Serum, only a small amount is needed to see great results.

Elite V-Covery: This is my favorite of the three products.  Like many others, I am one who didn’t apply much sunblock on my neck area as I grew up.  It seems that every time I had on a v-neck shirt or just exposed this skin, the sun really lit it up and did some serious damage.  This neck cream goes on smooth, and feels great upon application.  It’s rich, buttery feeling confirms my thought that this neck cream also acts as a great tool that adds moisture on impact.  My neck wrinkles were smoothed out and my upper chest skin is now more conformed and looks more in tune with that of my cheeks.

Overall, I’m very happy with this rejuvenation system. It was hard to find a three part system of products that act together to treat the area from the neck up and really take years off of my appearance – but now that I’ve been sold on the science of cosmeceuticals, I could not be happier.

So I figured I’d clear the air on why I’m so high on eye creams and endorse their usage as part of an anti aging skin care routine.  For starters, skin care has evolved into a much more proactive industry, and if you speak to a dermatologist, they will most likely tell you that it’s suggested that you visit them on a bi-annual basis.  While you may snicker and think, “well that is how they make money,” you do have good reason, but when you think of the small cost and potential life-saving check-ups that you can really benefit from, it does make sense.  A dermatologist can find the “bad stuff” in your skin, detect potential tumors, and basically consult and coach you to long-term skin success.  With healthy skin being such a hard topic for a lot of people to grip and really control, it’s always nice hearing just exactly what you should be doing – from a professional.

Back to the topic of eye creams, the obvious answer as to why you should use an eye cream daily is to look younger and promote healthy skin.  While many people just let out the obvious “DUH” I figured it’s best to talk about what exactly an eye cream can do you for you.

1.  Get rid of puffy eyes.

*This skin deficiency makes us look like we had an allergic reacti0n, and is quite bothersome.

2.  Visibly reduce the appearance of dark under eye circles.

*Dark circles form from too many toxins in the body, lack of sleep, genetics, and unhealthy eating habits. In some cases they can be caused by prescription medicines.

3.  Reduce eye bags and “sagging eyes.”

*Nobody wants to look like Droopy, the famous cartoon character.  Eye bags make you look dull, uninterested, and tired.

4.  Increase collagen production in the area of skin under the eyes.

*Collagen production ceases as we grow older.  It’s important to enhance it’s generation, as it’s vital to having youthful looking skin.

5.  Conceal eye wrinkles or “crows feet” as they are commonly referred to.

*Eye wrinkles or “crows feet” are perhaps the most visible, noticeable wrinkles that form.  Eye wrinkles are a form of aging that we can’t avoid, as facial expressions repeated over the years happen routinely on a daily basis around the eyes.

Of course, there are other reasons you can use an eye cream, and they range from simple (source of hydration, protection) to complex (to stimulate collagen renewal and penetrate the skin’s dermis.)  However, the above reasons are the main ones.  If you find a product geared to attack just one of these reasons, and there is clinical testing that backs up it’s claims, it’s worth a solid look.  Just look at the Dark Circle Serum by Wrinkle System.  This product may not conceal eye wrinkles, but it’s carved out a great niche by just addressing to skin nuances:  dark circles and puffiness.  Dark circles are almost chronic in some peoples experiences, and they probably agree life would be much easier without them.  Perhaps these people should give this product a try, as it truly does work.

Other products may be promoted to “plump and thicken” the skin, and these eye products serve a purpose as well.  The skin under the eyes is the most delicate on the human body, followed by the skin on the neck, which is another reason that neck firming creams are in such high demand.  Nobody wants to have what they call “turkey neck.”
